Recycling can reduce environmental impacts, but introduces new relationships that can modify the severity and likelihood of adverse impacts that occur in linear production. As more brands are adapting to circular products and business models, and manufacturers increasingly recycle post-production textile waste, this paper addresses an area of the circular economy with comparatively high risks and impacts.
