Evaluation of emergency measures in the electricity markets. ACER.

In 2022, the European Union faced an energy crisis of such magnitude that Member States adopted protective measures. The report is based on the list of emergency measures published by ACER, while the merits and disadvantages of each type of measure are assessed against the main desired outcomes. Ideally, the measures should have a positive impact on final consumers, and ensure security of supply.
