Update of the Integrated National Energy and Climate Plan.

The Climate Change Law includes as strategic planning instruments the Integrated National Energy and Climate Plans and the Long-Term Decarbonization Strategy 2050. Thus, the NECP provides the guiding framework of the investment and reform program for a just ecological transition that develops the strategic capacities of the green economy, and defines the measures that will allow achieving the objectives.
