Spain again fails to meet its targets: carbon emissions increased by 9% in 2022

Spain increased its carbon market emissions by 9% in 2022. That is the main conclusion drawn from the scientific report Decarbonization 2023, prepared by the Sustainability Observatory and GrandMother.
