Due Process Procedures for Setting Sustainability Reporting Standards, Efrag.

The General Assembly of the European Financial Reporting Advisory Group (EFRAG) approved updates to the procedures for establishing sustainability reporting standards to align them with the provisions contained in the Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD), without major changes being made to the principles underpinning due process, as the published CSRD confirmed the scope and conditions of EFRAG’s mission.
