Ribera expects electricity prices to reach historical records this year

Ecological Transition estimates an average cost in 2023 of almost 208 euros per MWh, 10% more expensive than in 2022

The year just ended has gone down in the history of our country as the one that registered the most expensive electricity prices. Well, 2023 will exceed those records, according to the recent forecasts of the Ministry for the Ecological Transition itself.
