European Parliament legislative resolution of 10 November 2022 on corporate sustainability reporting.

The Directive will oblige companies to regularly disclose information on their social and environmental impact. These new sustainability reporting requirements will apply to all large companies, whether listed on the stock markets or not, so for almost 50,000 companies in the EU, the collection and exchange of sustainability information will become the norm.
