External and internal policies on climate change for Export Credit and Insurance Organizations (OCE)

This study from the University of Zurich examines the external policies and regulations and internal commitments that can affect the portfolios of Export Credit Agencies, specifically their support for fossil fuel and low-carbon technology projects. Most ETOs make broad statements related to social and environmental sustainability, but only a few make commitments to phase out support for fossil fuels.
