Statistics October Natural Gas

This report published by the International Energy Agency (IEA), updated monthly, provides data on total natural gas production, consumption, imports and exports of all member countries of the Organization for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD), and pipeline and LNG trade by origin and destination for all OECD regions. According to this report, the OECD’s indigenous natural gas production increased by 2.9% in July 2021 compared to July 2020. Total OECD imports of natural gas increased by 3.1% in July 2021 compared to July 2020, while total exports were 9.9% higher in July 2021 compared to the same month of last year. In the same period, the total gross consumption of natural gas in the OECD decreased by 3.0%.
