Commission Implementing Decision (EU) 2021/136

of February 4, 2021, which corrects the Execution Decision (EU) 2019/1119, regarding the approval of an efficient lighting technology for the exterior of vehicles that uses light-emitting diodes for use in vehicles of internal combustion engine and in non-rechargeable hybrid electric vehicles from the outside as an innovative technology for the reduction of CO emissions₂ of passenger cars in accordance with Regulation (EC) No. 443/2009 of the European Parliament and of the Council, and Implementing Decision (EU) 2020/1339, regarding the approval, in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2019/631 of the European Parliament and of the Council, of an efficient lighting technology for the exterior of vehicles that uses light-emitting diodes as an innovative technology to reduce CO emissions₂ of certain light commercial vehicles in relation to the globally harmonized light vehicle test procedure.
